First, lock your card immediately.
1️. Open the uLink SuperApp.
2️. Click the “uLink Card” icon to be directed to your Prepaid Dashboard.
3️. Tap “More”, select “Settings”, and choose “Lock Card”.
This stops anyone from using it right away.
Next, request a replacement. Select the “Replace Card” option. You may call the uLink Card hotline 1-866-314-5339 to report if your card has been damaged, lost, or stolen.
If the card was lost or stolen, the customer support team will automatically block it to protect your account.
To close your card:
